About Cindy Veliz

Hello everyone! My name is Cindy Veliz. I have been in the business of selling Real Estate for over 37 years, and I Love It! I started as a licensed salesperson in 1986, I became a licensed broker in 1988, and I currently hold a managing broker’s license. I served as the managing broker of Century 21 Advantage from 2003 to 2008. Today, I am on a Mother-Daughter Real Estate Team with my Daughter Raquel Veliz- Vice. We are The Veliz-Vice Team of Century 21 Advantage. I feel very fortunate and blessed to work every day with my daughter. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and hold several designations: GRI – Graduate of REALTOR® Institute, CRS –Certified Residential Specialist – only held by 4% of Real Estate Agents, ASP- Accredited Staging Professional, MRP- Military Relocation Professional, PSA –Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Green. We continue our education annually and stay current on the marketing trends. 

 

I am married to Mike Veliz. We have 3 children, Raquel, Mark, and Andy, plus 12 grandchildren. We love spending time with each and every one of them. Some of our hobbies include bicycling, hiking, walking in the park any outdoor activities. We love to connect with nature and visit our National Parks.
